At Hide Agency, we understand that plans can change.
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for trips booked through hideagency.com.

Refunds are calculated based on how many days remain before the trip start date.


1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

🔵 10 days or more before the trip

→ Full refund (100%)
If you cancel 10 days or more before your trip start date, you will receive a 100% refund, minus payment processing fees.


🟡 5 to 9 days before the trip

→ 50% refund
Cancellations made 5 to 9 days before the trip qualify for a 50% refund.


🔴 Less than 5 days before the trip

→ No refund
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the trip start date are not eligible for any refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Some services become non-refundable once booked, including:

  • Flights

  • Hotel reservations marked “non-refundable”

  • Events, tickets, or activities purchased from partners

  • Deposits used to secure your spot

  • Visa, insurance, or admin fees

We always inform you in advance if any part of your booking has non-refundable terms.


3. Processing & Administrative Fees

Refunds may have deductions for:

  • Bank or card processing fees

  • Currency conversion differences

  • Administrative charges where applicable


4. Trip Modifications (Rescheduling)

If you prefer to change the date:

  • Changes 10+ days before the trip are usually free (based on availability).

  • Changes 5–9 days before the trip may incur provider fees.

  • Changes less than 5 days follow the “No Refund” rule and may not be possible.


5. No-Show Policy

If a traveler does not show up on the trip date, the booking is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.


6. Force Majeure (Unexpected Events)

In case of natural disasters, weather issues, political events, or safety concerns, refunds depend on the policies of hotels, airlines, and partners.
If possible, we will help arrange rescheduling or credit.
