4. Cancellations & Refunds

50% refund if cancelled 5–9 days before trip
No refund if cancelled less than 5 days before trip

Some services (flights, non-refundable hotels, tickets) are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

As a traveler, you are responsible for:

Providing correct information during booking
Ensuring you have valid passport and travel documents

Arriving on time for all trip activities and transportation
Following instructions provided by guides, drivers, and coordinators
Respecting local laws and cultural norms
